Private Deployment
Deploy the whole IM and RTC stack in your own data center so data stays inside your network, with offline install packages or container-based deployment available; price and delivery timeline are assessed by scale.
Three billing items, each with its details in the console.
Message Volume
Billed per message each month. One-to-one chat, group chat, chat rooms and system notifications are metered separately, and usage beyond the included allowance is settled at tiered unit prices.
Real-Time Video Minutes
Audio and video are metered separately, and in a shared channel each participant accumulates minutes individually. Recording and stream push are metered as separate billing items.
Usage and Billing
The console shows usage curves and invoice details by app and by API, which can be exported for reconciliation; metering data is synced to your systems by callback.
The full definition of each metering rule is in the Knowledge Base; for annual contracts and tiered quotes, contact Sales.
Billing Questions
Still have questions? Open a support ticket in the console or contact sales directly.
What are the limits on the Free plan, and will it stop working suddenly?
The Free plan is for development, integration testing and small-scale validation, with limits on daily active users and real-time video minutes. When you exceed the allowance, the API returns a quota notice rather than shutting the service down; upgrading to Pro keeps everything running and no data is lost.
How is usage-based billing calculated, and is there a minimum spend?
Pro is billed monthly: the allowance included in the plan is deducted first, and the remainder is calculated at tiered unit prices for messages and for audio/video minutes. There is no hidden minimum. Exact unit prices are those shown in the console Billing Center.
When I upgrade from Free to Pro, is data migrated?
No migration is needed. Upgrading changes the plan on the same app, so message history, users and groups stay as they are; only quotas and available features change, with no code changes or re-integration.
How is private deployment priced?
It is quoted by deployment scale, module scope (IM, RTC, recording), delivery environment (offline internal network, single server or cluster) and support model, on a one-time license plus annual maintenance basis. Leave your requirements on the private deployment page and we will come back with a proposal and a quote.
Can I get an invoice, and do you accept bank transfer?
Yes. After business verification you can receive a standard or special VAT invoice, and we support company bank transfers and annual framework contracts. Submit the request in the console under Billing Center → Invoice Management.
What happens if traffic or storage exceeds the plan?
Cloud storage and recording files are billed by actual usage; beyond the plan allowance they continue on a usage basis and the console raises an alert. You can also set a lifecycle policy to delete expired recordings automatically.

Sign up and you get a test app and an AppID; usage within the allowance costs nothing.
